Team Fortress 2 in WCG Singapore 2009

Team Fortress 2 will be making an appearance in WCG Singapore 2009! There will be 2 qualifiers and the grand finals itself. The first qualifier is on the 5th - 7th June at Game Haven CC, second qualifier is on the 12th - 14th June at Funan CC and the grand finals will be on the 3rd - 5th July. All 3 are open to all. Team Fortress 2 - Participated game in Guinness World Record Attempt!

A Lan Party event called Cyber Fusion was held at the MMU Grand Hall in Cyberjaya, Malaysia just passed last 10th to 12th April as an attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the largest Lan Party ever held. A record, which was successfully broken during the event! The new record is 274 participants gaming non-stop for 40 hours! One of the games that were played was Team Fortress 2! Team Fortress 2 Tournament @ Blitzone (28th February) Finished!

A big thank you to all the teams that participated in this tournament that was held at Blitzone. Six teams stepped up onto the plate and a huge battle took place. In the end, only 3 teams bagged the top prizes and congratulations to them. To the other teams, train up as more opportunities will be coming in the future. Blitzone will be hosting a Team Fortress 2 and Left 4 Dead tournament at two of their branches. The first will be on the 21st of February 2009 at their Bandar Baru Sri Petaling branch and the second tournament will be on the 28th at their Damansara Jaya branch.
